Product Manager – Internal Performance Dashboard

We are looking for a Product Manager to own and drive the development of an internal business performance dashboard that provides leadership and business teams with visibility into revenue, brokerage, client acquisition, branch productivity, franchise performance, and relationship manager performance.

The role involves managing the product roadmap, defining business metrics, ensuring data accuracy, designing role-based access controls, and improving dashboard adoption across the organisation.

The ideal candidate should have experience in product management, data analytics, reporting platforms, and Indian capital markets, along with strong SQL skills and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, and QA teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap for internal performance dashboards, reporting modules, drilldowns, exports, and alerts.
• Define and document business metrics, data definitions, refresh frequencies, and data contracts.
• Design role-based access controls and entitlement models for Admin, Regional Heads, Relationship Managers, Branches, Franchisees, and Authorised Persons.
• Prepare detailed PRDs, user stories, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and edge-case documentation.
• Plan and manage UAT cycles with business stakeholders and coordinate defect resolution with QA and engineering teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, collect feedback, and prioritise product enhancements.
• Establish data accuracy checks and reconciliation processes between dashboards and source systems.
• Track dashboard adoption, user engagement, report usage, and platform performance.
• Coordinate product releases and publish structured release notes.

Nice to have: Financial Services / Broking / Fintech Experience, Data Warehousing, ETL Pipelines, Reporting Layer Performance Tuning, SEBI and Exchange Reporting Requirements, Financial System Authentication and Access Controls, SSO and MFA, Dashboard UX and Data Visualisation, Basic HTML / CSS Knowledge.
