Questions and answers
Do I pay anything?
No. Companies pay us; you never do.
What happens after I apply?
A recruiter reviews your profile against the role. If there is a fit, we call you to talk through the role and the pay before anything goes to the company.
Will you share my CV without asking?
No. We share it only for roles you have agreed to.
Why don't job ads name the company?
Our clients often hire confidentially. We tell you who it is once you are shortlisted and interested.
How do I update or delete my details?
E-mail contact@thehirearc.com and we will update or delete them.
I applied but haven't heard back.
We reply to every applicant. If you have not heard from us within two weeks, e-mail us with the role title.
