Aerothermal Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Aerothermal Engineer with strong expertise in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), thermal analysis and heat transfer. The candidate will be responsible for performing thermal simulations, designing and optimizing cooling solutions, and ensuring effective thermal management of high-power electronic systems.
The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electronics and PCB engineering teams, to develop and validate efficient thermal solutions for advanced aerospace and space-tech applications
Key responsibilities

- Perform CFD and thermal simulations (steady-state and transient).
- Design and optimize cooling solutions (air, liquid, hybrid) for high-power electronics.
- Work closely with electronics, mechanical, and PCB teams to improve thermal performance.
- Validate designs through testing, analysis, and troubleshooting.
Education: M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Thermal Engineering or a relevant discipline.
Skills required
- M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical/Aerospace or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in CFD and thermal analysis is mandatory.
- Proficiency in ANSYS (Icepak/Fluent)
- Star-CCM+
- or similar tools.
- Strong fundamentals in heat transfer and fluid dynamics.
