Product Manager – AI Platform & Data Engineering

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive product development for AI solutions, platform capabilities, and data engineering initiatives.

The role involves identifying business problems across different functions and translating them into practical AI-driven and data-powered product solutions.

The candidate will work closely with engineering and data science teams to evaluate AI frameworks, large language models (LLMs), data infrastructure, and platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate should have prior fintech experience, a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data platforms, and product management, along with the ability to manage end-to-end product development from problem discovery to launch and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business problems across product, operations, compliance, customer support, and other functions that can be solved using AI and data platform capabilities.
• Own the roadmap for platform-level AI and data products from problem identification through launch and adoption.
• Evaluate AI frameworks, machine learning models, and LLM providers in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Work closely with data engineering teams on data pipelines, data quality, and underlying infrastructure.
• Define success metrics for AI and platform products and track adoption, accuracy, and business impact.
• Prepare product requirements and manage trade-offs between development speed, cost, and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to prioritise product opportunities.

Nice to have: Experience in AI/ML or Data Platform Products, Experience with Multiple LLM Providers, LLM Model Selection and Evaluation, Fine-tuning vs Prompting, Data Pipelines and Data Infrastructure, Understanding of Model Bias and Overfitting, Data Drift and Model Performance Metrics, AI-driven Product Development.
